India Enterprises sells Teams Enterprise as an authorised Microsoft CSP partner. The India MRP is ₹420 per user / per month (excluding 18% GST). On our authorised CSP annual-upfront commit the effective rate drops to ₹370 per user / mo (12% off MRP) or ₹4,435 per user / year — payable once, invoiced with GST, activated inside your tenant within 2 working hours of PO acceptance.

Teams Enterprise (₹420/user/mo) removes the 300-user cap, raises meeting size to 1,000, adds live events, guest access, shared channels, DLP, and compliance recording — the right fit for organisations with 100+ users that don't want a full M365 licence. Teams Premium is an add-on that layers advanced meeting AI (Copilot summaries, meeting recap, town-hall live translation, watermarking, sensitivity labels on meetings) on top of any Teams-enabled licence.

Do I get Exchange email with Teams Enterprise?

No. Teams Enterprise is chat, meetings, and files only. If you need Exchange Online mailboxes, add Exchange Online Plan 1 (₹115/user/mo, 50 GB mailbox) or Plan 2 (₹230/user/mo, 100 GB + archive) alongside Teams Enterprise, or upgrade to Microsoft 365 E3 which bundles Teams, Exchange, Office apps and OneDrive.

How is Teams Enterprise activated on my tenant?

Once you accept our GST tax invoice, India Enterprises assigns the licenses inside your Microsoft 365 tenant via our authorised CSP partner ID. Each user you assign gets Teams on desktop, web, iOS, and Android within 15 minutes. There is no separate download for the user — Teams is signed in with their existing Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) credentials.

Can I mix Teams Enterprise seats with other Microsoft 365 seats in the same tenant?

Yes. A single Microsoft 365 tenant can carry any combination of Teams Enterprise, M365 E3, E5, F1, F3, Business Basic/Standard/Premium and standalone Exchange licences. Assign each user only the seats they need — the platform handles feature entitlement automatically.

Does Teams Enterprise include PSTN calling?

No. Teams Enterprise ships as calling-ready but you must layer on a Phone System licence and a calling plan (Microsoft Teams Calling Plan, Direct Routing to your SIP trunk, or Operator Connect via BSNL / Airtel / Tata Comm) to make outbound PSTN calls. What is the maximum team size on Teams Enterprise?

Teams Enterprise has no seat cap at the tenant level — you can license as many users as your Entra ID directory holds. Individual teams (channels group) support up to 25,000 members and up to 1,000 interactive meeting participants (20,000 as viewers in a live event).

Is Copilot for Teams included?

No. Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a separate add-on subscribed per user, layered on top of a qualifying licence (Teams Enterprise, M365 E3, E5, Business Standard, Business Premium). India Enterprises sells Copilot bundles for Business Standard and Business Premium as separate SKUs; for Enterprise + Teams-only tenants, contact sales for the standalone Copilot per-user add-on.

Can I upgrade from Teams Essentials to Teams Enterprise later?

Can I hold meetings with external users?

What happens if I cancel my Teams Enterprise subscription?

If you signed up on annual-upfront, the subscription is non-cancellable inside the 12-month commit but non-auto-renewing. If you signed up on monthly-flexible, you can cancel at the end of any billing month via our support portal. Data (chats, files, recordings) stays inside your tenant for 30 days after licence removal, then Microsoft permanently deletes it unless you export first.

Does Teams Enterprise support recording and transcription for compliance?

Yes. Every meeting (including 1:1 calls) can be recorded to OneDrive/SharePoint with automatic English + Hindi transcription.
