1. Who we are

INDIA ENTERPRISES (“we”, “us”) is an authorised IT & cloud solutions reseller headquartered in India, selling software licenses (Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Zoho, Corel, SketchUp) and HPE hardware. Our website isindiaenterprises.co. For any privacy question, write tosales@indiaenterprises.co.

2. What data we collect

• Contact details — name, work email, phone number, company name, GSTIN — collected when you submit an enquiry / request a quote / purchase a license.
• Order details — SKU, quantity, billing address, PO number and payment reference — collected when you place an order.
• Tenant metadata — Microsoft Partner Center domain / Adobe VIP ID / Autodesk contract ID (only when required to provision the license).
• Usage & analytics — anonymised page views, device type and referrer captured by Google Analytics 4. No personal identifiers are shared with GA.
• Cookies — see §5 below.

3. Why we collect it & how we use it

• Prepare and email you formal quotes, GST invoices and product keys.
• Provision licenses on your Microsoft / Adobe / Autodesk / vendor tenant.
• Send you order-status updates, activation instructions and support responses.
• Legal & tax compliance — GST filings, e-invoice generation, statutory audits.
• Occasional product announcements — you can unsubscribe from any email in one click.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not run behavioural retargeting ads.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the parties strictly required to fulfil your order:

• Vendor / distributor — Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Trimble, HPE etc. — to provision your license on their side (they receive only the fields they need, e.g. tenant domain, seat count).
• Payment processors & banks — we do not store your card / UPI details; they flow directly through the PCI-compliant gateway.
• Couriers — Blue Dart / Delhivery / DTDC — only when shipping physical HPE hardware.
• Government / regulators — only if compelled by law (e.g. GST scrutiny, court orders).

6. How we keep it safe

• All traffic to indiaenterprises.co flows over HTTPS with TLS 1.3.
• Database access is restricted to a small ops team with 2FA.
• License keys and payment references are stored encrypted at rest.
• Backups run daily and are held for 30 days in an encrypted archive.

7. Retention

Order records and GST invoices are retained for 8 years as required by the CGST Act. Enquiry / quote data that never converts into an order is deleted 24 months after last contact.

8. Your rights (DPDP Act 2023 / GDPR)

You can request at any time — free of charge — to

• See what personal data we hold about you (data-access request);
• Correct any inaccuracy;
• Have your enquiry data erased (order/invoice data is subject to the statutory 8-year retention);
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails.

Send any such request tosales@indiaenterprises.coand we will respond within 15 business days as prescribed by the DPDP Act.

9. Changes to this policy

When we materially change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where the change is significant, notify you by email.
