Software licenses delivered instantly by email — hardware shipped pan-India within 3–7 business days. Free delivery on every order.

Instant ESD delivery

Once your payment is confirmed and the invoice is GST-generated, your product key(s), download link and GST invoice are emailed to the address on file — typically within 15 minutes, and never later than the same business day.

1. Software licenses (ESD / Digital)

  • Delivery format: Email — product key, activation instructions, download link (where applicable), and GST tax invoice attached as PDF.
  • Delivery time: Within 15 minutes of payment confirmation on business days (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST). Orders placed after hours are fulfilled first thing the next business day.
  • Delivery charges: ₹0 — digital delivery is always free.
  • Applicable to: Microsoft (Windows, Office, SQL, CALs, M365, Open Value), Adobe, Autodesk, Zoho, Corel, SketchUp and every other digital SKU on the catalog.

2. HPE Hardware & physical products

  • Delivery format: Courier (Blue Dart, Delhivery or DTDC — chosen by pin-code coverage). Insured, tracked, signature required.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days pan-India from date of despatch. Metros typically 3–4 days; tier-2/3 cities 5–7 days. Configure-to-order servers may add 5–10 days factory build-time — quoted case-by-case.
  • Delivery charges: ₹0 for orders above ₹25,000 (which covers 99% of HPE ProLiant orders). Under-₹25,000 orders may attract courier charges — always disclosed on the quote before payment.
  • Tracking: AWB number and courier link shared by email on the day of despatch.

3. Delivery coverage

We deliver pan-India to every serviceable pin code across all 28 states and 8 union territories. For international customers, please contact our sales team — cross-border digital licenses are supported case-by-case subject to vendor licensing rules (Microsoft country-of-use, Adobe VIP region, etc.).

4. Order confirmation & despatch flow

  1. Quote issued — you receive a formal PDF quote with pricing, SKU details and delivery timeline.
  2. PO / payment — accept the quote by email or pay via bank transfer / UPI / card.
  3. GST invoice — auto-generated within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.
  4. Fulfilment — digital SKUs delivered by email; hardware picked, packed and handed to the courier.
  5. Activation support — our team is on WhatsApp/phone for the first activation to make sure your key works on your Microsoft/Adobe/Autodesk tenant.

If your order does not arrive

Check your email spam / promotions folder first — ESD keys sometimes get filtered. If you still cannot find your key or hardware AWB more than 2 hours after payment confirmation during business hours, please contact us with your order/invoice number. Refer to ourReturn Policy(§3 “Order not fulfilled”) for the SLA and remedy.
