Please read these terms before you request a quote or place an order. Using the website means you accept them.

1. Definitions
“We” / “us” means INDIA ENTERPRISES, an authorised IT & cloud solutions reseller in India. “You” means the individual or legal entity requesting a quote or placing an order. “Website” means indiaenterprises.co and all subdomains. “Product” means any software license, cloud subscription or hardware SKU we list.
2. Eligibility & account
You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and — if buying on behalf of a company — that you are authorised to bind the company. Enterprise buyers must provide a valid GSTIN for GST invoicing.
3. Quotes & orders
- All prices on the website are indicative. A formal PDF quote is issued after your enquiry and remains valid for the period stated on it (typically 7 days).
- An order is confirmed only when payment is received and we send you a GST invoice by email.
- Prices are quoted excluding GST; 18% GST is added at invoicing.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates vendor policy (e.g. licensing to sanctioned jurisdictions).
4. Licensing scope
Every license we sell is bound by the vendor’s end-user licence agreement (Microsoft EULA, Adobe TOU, Autodesk Subscription Agreement, HPE EULA etc.). By activating the key, you accept the vendor’s EULA in full. INDIA ENTERPRISES is the reseller — we cannot modify or waive vendor terms.
5. Returns & refunds

6. Delivery

7. Intellectual property
The website, its content, branding, database of SKUs, images and configuration tools are the exclusive property of INDIA ENTERPRISES (or the respective vendor for third-party brand marks). Nothing on the site grants you a licence to copy, scrape or resell it. Vendor product IP remains with the respective vendor.
8. Warranties & limitation of liability
Products are supplied on an “as-is” basis with the vendor’s standard warranty (Microsoft, Adobe, HPE etc.). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a transaction is capped at the invoice value of that transaction. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
9. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — cyber-attacks on vendor infrastructure, government action, courier strikes, natural disasters etc.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi. Parties will first attempt good-faith mediation for 30 days before instituting litigation.
