All plans cap at 300 seats per tenant.

Microsoft 365 Enterprise removes the 300-user cap and adds enterprise-grade compliance. E3 (₹3,245/user/mo India MRP) is the workhorse — 100 GB Exchange mailbox, 1 TB OneDrive, DLP, Azure Information Protection P1. E5 (₹4,990) layers on Defender for Endpoint P2, Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview Advanced eDiscovery + Insider Risk, Customer Key/Lockbox, Power BI Pro and Teams Phone. Teams Enterprise (₹420) is the standalone Teams plan for organisations running non-Microsoft mail.

Microsoft 365 Frontline puts a Microsoft identity on every retail, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality or field worker. F1 (₹190/user/mo) is chat + web Office only — perfect for factory-floor Teams walkie-talkie and shift management. F3 (₹680) adds a 2 GB Exchange mailbox, 2 GB OneDrive and mobile + web Office apps — the right pick for supervisors and field-service technicians. Both plans support Intune shared-device mode so 20+ workers can rotate through one tablet per day.
