Seqrite SOHO Total — Addon License

Seqrite SOHO Total — Addon License adds extra endpoints to an existing Seqrite SOHO Total subscription. One license = one endpoint. The addon inherits the parent subscription's features (same policy set, same cloud console) and its expiry date auto-syncs to the parent license so both renew together.

Can I use an Addon license on a fresh installation without a parent subscription?

No — the Addon license needs an active Seqrite SOHO Total parent subscription to bind to. If you don't yet have a parent, order the base SOHO Total 5-user pack first.

Do Addon seats renew separately?

No. On renewal you order Seqrite SOHO Renewal for each seat and the parent's renewal covers the whole fleet in one shot.

Is this a genuine license from an authorized partner?

Yes. India Enterprises is an authorised Quick Heal / Seqrite partner. Every product key is registered on your Quick Heal account and activation is confirmed before we release your GST invoice.

How is the license delivered?

For electronic (ESD) SKUs the product key is emailed to you within business hours once payment is confirmed — no physical shipment. If you specifically need a retail box with DVD, we can arrange courier delivery pan-India in 3–5 business days.

Is GST included in the price?

No — all list prices on this page are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at billing and is fully input-tax-creditable for registered businesses.

Can I use one license on multiple devices?

Each license covers the exact number of users / endpoints stated in the SKU (for example a 5-user pack activates on up to 5 devices simultaneously). Additional users need an Addon license.

Do you provide installation support?

Yes — every purchase includes a free remote install session. Our engineer will download the client, activate the license with your product key, apply recommended policies, and confirm real-time protection is running.

How do I renew an existing license with you?

Share your existing product key and expiry date with us — we'll send a GST-compliant renewal quote at authorised-partner MRP. Renewals typically drop-in as a seamless upgrade so protection never lapses.

Does the license include free upgrades?

Yes. For the duration of your active subscription you'll receive every major and minor version upgrade automatically, plus daily virus-signature updates.

What happens if my license expires?

Real-time protection stops updating and after a few days the product switches into a limited free mode. You lose behavioural detection, ransomware roll-back and cloud reputation checks — we recommend renewing at least 30 days before expiry.
